Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this week that they will present the Victory Plan aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine War to European allies.
Taking to his social media account, President Zelensky evaluated the ongoing war situation in his country.
Stating that they have prepared a Victory Plan to end the Russia-Ukraine War, Zelensky used the statement “We will present our strategy to force Russia to end the war fairly (Victory Plan) to all our European partners this week.” Zelensky also noted that they will introduce the plan to the Ukrainian people, stating that “Once we receive the initial response from our partners, of course, the Victory Plan will be disclosed to the public. We, all of us in Ukraine, truly need maximum support.”
WHAT IS THE VICTORY PLAN?
While the Ukrainian leader had previously refused to delve into details about the “Victory Plan,” he had mentioned that the four-stage plan started with cross-border operations to Kursk.
Zelensky had noted that the success of the plan is “dependent on Biden” and that it will be crucial whether the US will provide Ukraine with “the requirements of this plan.”
In the past weeks, the Ukrainian leader had presented the plan to US President Joe Biden and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
