2 Mins Read

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, made statements regarding the agenda, particularly about Russia-Ukraine. He mentioned that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, wants to withdraw from the valuable minerals agreement. Meanwhile, the Russian media reported that discussions with the U.S. have begun regarding valuable minerals.

President Donald Trump talked about the Russia-Ukraine issue. Answering journalists’ questions on the presidential plane before his return to Washington, Donald Trump targeted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

TARGETS ZELENSKY FIRST Trump stated, “I see Zelensky trying to backtrack from the valuable minerals agreement, and if he does that, he will have major problems. We had a deal, but he says he wants to renegotiate it. He wants to be a NATO member. He never was going to be one, and he knows that. If he wants to renegotiate the deal, he is in big trouble.”

“PUTIN DISAPPOINTED ME” Trump also expressed his disappointment at Russian President Vladimir Putin’s proposal for a temporary government in Ukraine, saying, “I am disappointed by Putin’s statements about a temporary government in Ukraine. Whether he liked it or not, he had to reach an agreement. Therefore, I am not pleased.” Trump mentioned that if Putin does not approach a nuclear deal or obstructs efforts to establish an armistice, extra tariffs will be imposed on Russia.

THREATS TO IRAN AND RUSSIA

The President of the U.S. declared, “Iran has no other choice but to join the negotiation table directly.” He also gave Russia a one-month deadline. He warned that if an armistice is not reached, further sanctions will be implemented. On the other hand, Russian media claimed that discussions have begun for a valuable minerals agreement between Russia and the U.S. Allegations surfaced that joint ventures for mining valuable minerals in Russia will be addressed.
