President of the United States Donald Trump confirmed his plans to make his first overseas visit during his second term to Saudi Arabia. Trump stated, “It may be next month, or perhaps a bit later. We will likely also visit the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.”
After signing a presidential decree to prevent the sale of tickets on the black market, President Donald Trump made statements at the White House on various topics. Addressing the requests for him to run for a third term, Trump said, “They say there is a way to do it, but I haven’t investigated.” When asked if former President Barack Obama would run, Trump replied, “I would really love that.” Speaking about the upcoming tariffs, Trump stated, “We demand exactly what is asked of us, but we are more tactful.”
Referring to Elon Musk’s role in the Department of Government Efficiency, Trump commented, “Musk is great but he has a big company to run. He will eventually return to his business.” He spoke ambiguously about the continuation of DOGE. Discussing his relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, Trump said, “I know him very well. We have a great relationship.” He emphasized the importance of dialogue regarding North Korea’s nuclear power.

Confirming reports about his first overseas visit to Saudi Arabia during his second term, Trump stated that the Middle East trip would include several countries. He said, “It may be next month, or perhaps a bit later. Also, we will likely visit Qatar and a few other countries.”
He emphasized the significance of the UAE as well, saying, “That’s why we will probably also visit the UAE and Qatar.” When asked why his priority was Saudi Arabia, Trump replied, “I have a great relationship with the Middle East,” and emphasized that Saudi Arabian leaders are ready to make substantial investments in the United States.
Trump stated, “They have agreed to spend about 1 trillion dollars on American companies. This means business opportunities for me.” Recent reports, based on government sources, claimed that Trump’s first overseas trip during his second term would be to Saudi Arabia in mid-May.
