The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has opened a series of auctions for the sale of shares in RHG Enertürk, Muradiye Elektrik, and Form Sünger. According to advertisements published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette, 750 million RHG Enertürk shares with a nominal value of 1 TL, 3.88 million Muradiye Elektrik shares with a nominal value of 25 TL, and 50 million Form Sünger shares with a nominal value of 1 TL, all owned by the Treasury, will be auctioned at amounts of 6.2 billion TL, 2.1 billion TL, and 3.15 billion TL, respectively. Participation guarantees for the auctions have been set at 310 million TL for RHG Enertürk, 105 million TL for Muradiye Elektrik, and 160 million TL for Form Sünger. The final bid and auction dates have been determined as December 5th for RHG Enertürk, December 4th for Muradiye Elektrik, and December 3rd for Form Sünger.
