The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has added a new auction by putting a 36-room villa located in Ankara’s Cankaya district up for sale. According to the announcement made by TMSF, Ankara province, Cankaya district, Cayyolu neighborhood, situated on 13064 island, 10 parcel, consisting of a 601 square meter two-story reinforced concrete villa and land classified real estate, along with movable properties within this real estate. According to the latest valuation report prepared by TMSF, the upset price for the 36-room villa with a closed area of 1,528 square meters has been set at 75 million TL. The auction is scheduled to take place on November 6th at 11:00 am at the Fund’s building in Esentepe, as stated in the announcement. Potential investors who wish to participate in the auction are informed that bids can be submitted until 4:00 pm on November 5th.
