Two of the three founders of Tekfen Holding have carried out the sale of their shares. The company, with an annual turnover of 58 billion Turkish Lira, was established by Feyyaz Berker, Nihat Gökyiğit, and Necati Akçağlılar. The Akçağlılar and Gökyiğit families sold their shares and departed from the company. In an announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on March 11, it was stated that the wife of founder partner Necati Akçağlılar, Cansevil Akçağlılar, sold her shares equivalent to 6.5% to Can Holding.
