Global markets started the week cautiously as they will be closely monitoring a busy macroeconomic data calendar, especially the employment report in the USA. Although uncertainty persists about whether the battle against inflation will result in a recession worldwide and concerns arising from conflicts in the Middle East, recent macroeconomic data releases have helped limit worries in the markets. Analysts mentioned that monthly money and bank statistics domestically and inflation in Germany, as well as the Dallas Fed manufacturing index in the US and speeches by Fed Chair Jerome Powell and ECB President Christine Lagarde internationally, will be tracked in the afternoon. They noted that the BIST 100 index has support levels at 9,600 and 9,500 points and resistance levels at 9,900 and 10,000.
