Russia: Macron will disappear forever

1 Mins Read

Russian Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, Medvedev, responded to French President Macron’s “threat” remarks towards Russia, saying “Macron will not be missed.”

Dimitri Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, criticized French President Emmanuel Macron on social media.

Regarding Macron’s characterization of Russia as a threat to Europe, Medvedev said, “He will disappear forever by at least May 14, 2027, and will not be missed.” Medvedev, who spelled Macron’s name as “Micron,” used the expression, “Micron himself does not pose a threat.”

The French leader, in his national address yesterday, stated that Russia plans to further expand its army by 2030, by spending more than 40 billion euros on over 3,000 tanks and 300 fighter jets.

Macron had mentioned that Moscow continues to pose a threat to Europe’s security.
