The Kremlin Spokesperson, Peskov, stated that Europe has become engulfed in militarism and turned into a war party. Peskov made remarks regarding the attitude of European Union (EU) leaders towards the ceasefire in Ukraine.

Speaking to journalists, Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov referenced EU countries.

Peskov stated, “Every day, we receive many signals from Brussels. The main signals coming from Brussels and European capitals right now are related to Europe’s militarism plans, which clearly contradict the tendencies of Russian and American presidents to search for peaceful solutions” he said.

Peskov highlighted that EU countries prioritize arming themselves, stating, “Europe has become immersed in militarism and has turned into a war party.”
