The leader of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), Ozgur Ozel, expressed his reaction to the regulation aimed at creating additional resources for the Defense Industry Support Fund, saying, “Last week, behind the words ‘Israel will attack,’ there is a 70 billion tax.” Ozel stated that they would oppose the new taxes. Speaking in Manisa, Ozel emphasized, “When needed, each of us is a soldier of that army. This country has emerged from difficult times together.” He continued, “Do not believe them. If a war breaks out, we will protect this country. There will be no war or anything like that.”
