The White Mansion, among the most expensive structures on the Bosphorus, along with the Brown Mansion, have been put up for sale. Koza-Altın İşletmeleri announced that the starting price for the auction was set at 950 million lira. Two mansions owned by Koza-İpek Holding, which is associated with FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek, are now on sale. The mansions were taken over by the TMSF after the events of July 15th, along with the rest of the companies, and last year in August, they were transferred to the Wealth Fund. Koza-Altın İşletmeleri announced that the mansions will be sold through an auction on the Public Disclosure Platform. The White Mansion and the Brown Mansion, located in Bebek, Istanbul, were put up for sale last year for 750 million liras. This year, the starting price in the auction has been set at 950 million lira. The auction is scheduled for May 6th.
In a statement by Koza-Altın İşletmeleri, the following expressions were used:
“Our company has decided by unanimous vote to establish an ‘Auction Commission’ for the purpose of organizing an auction with the condition that the sale price will not be less than 950 million liras + VAT for our real estate located at Bebek Mahallesi, 1259 Island 132-133 Parcel, Beşiktaş District, Istanbul Province; and to manage the auction process, to hold the auction on 06.05.2025 at 14:00 at our company’s address, Uğur Mumcu Neighborhood FSM Boulevard N310 Yenimahalle Ankara, by open bidding-auction method.”
MANSION FEATURES The property up for sale is situated on 1259 Island 132 Parcel and consists of 2 buildings. The ‘White Mansion,’ which is a second-degree ancient relic, has two basement floors, ground floor, one regular floor, a rooftop floor, and terrace, totaling 695 square meters of indoor space and 208 square meters of terrace space. The other structure, named the Brown Mansion, comprises a ground and regular floor, with a total of 230 square meters of indoor space. Akın İpek, residing in England as a fugitive associated with FETÖ, had lost two cases he filed in international arbitration courts against Turkey.
