The era of unauthorized listings in housing and vehicles is coming to an end. The 2-month transition period for authorization verification through the Electronic Listing Verification System (ELVS) for vehicle listings by the Ministry of Trade has ended. ATTENTION TO THOSE POSTING VEHICLE LISTINGS! In the new era, authorization verification will become mandatory for listings. Vehicle listings on platforms can only be posted by the owner of the vehicle subject to the listing, first and second degree relatives, or by businesses with documented authorization by the vehicle owner. Vehicle owners will authorize auto gallery businesses to post listings via e-Government. Starting from April 1st, vehicle listings cannot be posted on listing platforms without authorization verification. Second-hand motor vehicle trade listings cannot be made by auto gallery businesses without a trade license. THE HOUSING ERA BEGINS ON APRIL 7th Authorization enforcement for housing listings will begin on April 7th. Property owners will be able to grant authorization for real estate listings on e-Government. From this date onwards, listings from real estate agents without authorization will be removed. Furthermore, permission to publish listings will be granted to multiple real estate agents. This regulation will encompass all listings given in electronic media, including social media.
