The uploading deadlines for e-ledgers have been extended for taxpayers who have ended their force majeure situation due to the earthquake. The Circular of the Revenue Administration Presidency on the issue was published on the presidency’s website. According to this, the deadlines for taxpayers in Adiyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaras, Malatya, Gaziantep’s Islahiye, and Nurdağı districts where force majeure was declared due to the earthquake, as well as for taxpayers with “Agency and Responsibility Agreement” with professionals in these areas as of February 6, 2023, and whose force majeure situation ended on November 30, 2024, have been redefined. In this context, the deadlines for the creation and signing of e-ledgers that must be created and signed by March 10, June 10, and June 16 by this group, as well as the deadline for uploading ledger and certificate files to the Revenue Administration Information Processing System, have been extended until June 30.
