The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its satisfaction with the establishment of a transitional government in Syria, showing its support for the Damascus administration. In a statement regarding the formation of a transitional government in Syria, the Ministry conveyed its contentment. Emphasizing the significance of the National Dialogue Conference and the declaration of the Constitution Declaration, the Ministry noted that this step, taken after these events, demonstrated Syria’s commitment to advancing the political transition process under the leadership and ownership of the Syrian people with an inclusive approach. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Turkey will continue to support the comprehensive and inclusive political process, which is one of the cornerstones for establishing security and stability in Syria. In its announcement, the Ministry added, “During this critical period, it is crucial for the international community to intensify its efforts to help Syria achieve stability, including the unconditional lifting of sanctions and initiating reconstruction activities in Syria.”
