Upon the expiration of these listings, an inquiry regarding authorization will be made through the system.

In the individual advertisement submission stage, the property number will be entered into the relevant field on the platform’s page. The system will automatically perform owner and kinship verification, and if the person providing the advertisement is the owner of the property, their spouse, or a first or second-degree blood relative, the standard advertisement submission procedure will be completed in order to post the advertisement.Real estate companies will be required to hold a property trading authorization license in order to post advertisements. It will be mandatory for the property owner to authorize the real estate agent via e-Government. The system will conduct authorization checks automatically, and if authorization is present, the regular advertisement submission procedure will be completed to post the advertisement. Real estate companies will need to obtain the property number from the property owner.It will be possible to submit advertisements for properties without title deeds without them being included in the system. When submitting advertisements for properties without title deeds, the “no deed” option will be selected on the advertisement platform. Homes in housing projects where no condominium was established, housing projects of the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) and Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc., informal housing such as shanties will be evaluated under the category of properties without title deeds.Authorization granted to a real estate company can be revoked by clicking the “cancel” button on the “Property Advertisement Authorization Processes in EAVS” screen on e-Government. If the authorization given to the real estate company is canceled, the advertisement will not be removed, however, it will prevent the placement of new advertisements or the renewal of existing ones when their duration expires.The authorization period can be extended by at least three months by clicking the “extend period” button on e-Government.Property advertisements for properties owned by foreign property owners who do not have access to e-Government (lack a foreign identity number) will not be included in the system. A mark will be made indicating that the property owner does not have access to e-Government when submitting these advertisements.The EAVS authorization verification application will be mandatory for both sale and rental property listings. In shared properties, authorization from one owner will be sufficient for listing requirements.There will be no change in the status of listings already published when the system is fully implemented. In case the publication period of these listings expires, inquiries regarding authorization will be made through EAVS. If a positive response is received, the listing can be republished.
