Sadıkoğlu stated, “Developments in the economy, effective entrepreneurship, correct use of resources, price stability, and growth in national income are provided through legal regulations.” Sadıkoğlu used the phrases, “An average of 411 days for a case in Commercial Courts, 581 days in Labor Courts, and 625 days in Intellectual and Industrial Rights, during which everyone suffers losses. Employers are exhausted both financially and psychologically in labor-employer courts.” When it comes to the time frame for retroactive lawsuits in labor courts, Sadıkoğlu noted that in many European countries, it is below 5 years. Sadıkoğlu stated, “In our country, it was reduced from 10 years to 5 years in 2017. In countries like Germany, Austria, and Russia, it is even 3 years.
