Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu Leaves Hungary

2 Mins Read

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who visited Hungary on Thursday as part of an official visit, departed from the country today. Netanyahu was bid farewell with a military ceremony at the airport.

The visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Hungary has concluded. Despite an international arrest warrant against him, Netanyahu arrived in Budapest and left the country after a 4-day visit.

Netanyahu, who was escorted with a military ceremony at the airport, stated, “I am concluding a very important visit to Hungary. Hungary is a great friend of Israel. It defends us in the European Union (EU) and the United Nations. It also defends us in the corrupt International Criminal Court in The Hague, which is prejudiced against IDF soldiers, commanders, and the State of Israel.”

Netanyahu emphasized that Hungary is the first country to withdraw from the international court during this visit, saying, “This is a sign of future developments. This provides great support to the State of Israel.”

“I AM GOING TO THE US UPON TRUMP’S INVITATION” Reflecting on his discussions in Hungary, Netanyahu said, “We discussed cooperation on ammunition production. We need these to continue our fight on seven fronts and achieve complete victory. Of course, we also discussed important issues for Hungarian hostages and the State of Israel. From here, I am going to the US upon President Trump’s invitation, of course to discuss these issues with him; prisoners, achieving victory in Gaza, and the customs duty applied to Israel. I hope to find a solution on this matter. That is the goal.”
