MILITARY PREPARING FOR OCCUPATION OPERATION Israeli media reported that the Israeli army is preparing for a major occupation operation in Gaza. GAZANS SEEKING A COUNTRY TO RESIDE WHILE THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES While Israel continues its operations, Gazans are seeking a country to send them to. The plan to send Palestinians who voluntarily want to leave Gaza to third countries started taking shape last week. The “Voluntary Migration Office” was established to achieve this goal. It was announced that the first group of 70 individuals was sent to Europe as part of the office’s activities. It was learned that among those sent, some are citizens of European countries while others have relatives in Europe. Some skeptics express concerns about the program being used for mandatory migration in the future.
US HOLDS HAMAS RESPONSIBLE Speaking to the US media, the US Special Envoy for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, claimed that Hamas is responsible for the renewed clashes in Gaza. “I thought we had an acceptable agreement. I even thought we had approval from Hamas,” Witkoff stated. Witkoff indicated that if Hamas extends its hand again, the US would still be “sensitive” to the situation. He expressed hope to bring everyone back to the table and bring the hostages home in the future.
