Israeli Military Strikes Khan Yunis: 38 Dead, Including 10 Children

2 Mins Read

Palestinian authorities announced that at least 38 people were killed in the attacks carried out by the Israeli military on the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, and Israeli forces conducted a night raid on a hospital in the north.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported that at least 38 people, including 10 children, were killed in the Israeli attacks on homes in the south of Khan Yunis.

The ministry statement noted that the majority of the deceased were women and children.

Health officials revealed that Israeli forces raided the Kemal Adwan Hospital, one of the three medical facilities trying to operate, and stationed forces outside.

When the army withdrew, a delegation from the World Health Organization arrived in an ambulance and evacuated 40 patients.

Health workers in the three hospitals still operating rejected Israel’s orders to evacuate the hospitals and cut off service to patients.

Since the start of the new operation by the army three weeks ago, it is estimated that at least 800 Palestinians have been killed in the north of Gaza.

CALL TO SAVE KEMAL ADWAN HOSPITAL

In a written statement from the Ministry of Health in Gaza, it called on the free people of the world to make every effort to save those who can be saved at the Kemal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip. The statement expressed bewilderment at the world’s inaction in the face of the horrific genocide, destruction of the healthcare system, killing and detention of patients and healthcare workers, and large-scale systematic attacks. The Israeli army had carried out a raid on the Kemal Adwan Hospital during the night hours.
