The Israeli army threatened an attack on a neighborhood in the Dahiye district of Beirut, Lebanon’s capital. Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee shared a map on his social media account marking a building in the Hades neighborhood of Beirut. Adraee claimed that the building in question in the south of Beirut belonged to Hezbollah and requested the “evacuation” of neighboring buildings.
Following the threat, a wave of migration began in Beirut.

After Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee’s threat to target the Hades neighborhood in the south of Beirut, residents of the area abandoned their homes. Schools near the building in the Hades neighborhood were also evacuated. Meanwhile, Israeli drones were seen flying in the Dahiye district in the south of Beirut. The sudden wave of migration in the south of Beirut, bombarded on November 27 when the latest ceasefire agreement came into effect, also caused chaos in traffic. The Israeli army later struck the south of Beirut with airstrikes.
