Israel violates ceasefire: Bombs rain down on Gaza overnight

The unilateral breach of the ceasefire by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip continues. Intensive attacks were carried out in many areas of Gaza during the night hours, resulting in the deaths of at least 19 Palestinians in the southern cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah.

Israel launched attacks on the Gaza Strip from the night hours to the early morning. Violent explosions were heard from the north, center, and south of the region.

According to Palestinian health officials, at least 19 Palestinians lost their lives in the southern cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah as a result of the attacks carried out by Israel. HAMAS OFFICIAL KILLED

In a statement by Hamas, it was reported that Hamas Political Bureau member Salah al-Bardawil and his wife lost their lives in the Israeli airstrike in the Gaza Strip overnight.

The statement mentioned, “His blood, along with that of his wife, will continue to nurture the blood of the martyrs in the struggle for liberation and independence. The criminal enemy will not break our resolve and will.”

GROUND OPERATION IN NORTHERN GAZA

Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation warning to the residents of Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood in the west of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip through his social media account.

Adraee stated that the army had initiated an attack in the area. In his social media post, Adraee also indicated, “The Israeli army continues its ground operation in the northern Gaza region. The army began work in the Beit Hanoun area of northern Gaza yesterday to target Hamas infrastructure and expand the defensive area in the region. The army allows the evacuation of Palestinian civilians from the conflict zone to ensure their safety.”
