Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei: Israel’s attack should neither be underestimated nor exaggerated

2 Mins Read

The first statement regarding the Israeli attack targeting military areas in Iran came from the religious leader Ali Khamenei. Khamenei stated that the attack should neither be underestimated nor exaggerated, emphasizing that officials should decide how best to showcase Iran’s strength.

Following Israel’s retaliatory attack on Iran, statements continue to emerge from Tehran.

Ali Khamenei, Iran’s religious leader, emphasized that Israel’s attack should not be underestimated or exaggerated.

In his first statement, made during a meeting with the families of four armed forces members killed, Khamenei mentioned that the Israelis are trying to amplify the impact of the attacks but any attempt to downplay the attacks within Iran would be “wrong.”

Khamenei stated, “It would be wrong to say that this is nothing and insignificant for us.”

The religious leader added, “The Zionist regime’s miscalculation should be corrected. They do not know Iran, its youth, and its people. They have not yet fully understood the power, abilities, initiatives, and will of the Iranian nation, we must make them understand this.”

According to the official news agency IRNA, Khamenei also emphasized that Tehran officials should decide on how best to showcase Iran’s strength.

ISRAEL’S RETALIATORY ATTACK

The Israeli military carried out pinpoint attacks on military areas in Iran the day before yesterday.

According to Iranian media, multiple explosions occurred in Tehran and Kerec cities.

Iran announced that it is prepared to respond to the attacks and will provide a proportional response, revealing that four soldiers died.

Simultaneously with the explosions in Tehran, explosions also occurred in the Syrian capital Damascus and the city of Homs.
