The Deputy Commander of the Iran Revolutionary Guards, Ali Fadavi, stated that if Iran is attacked, Israel’s energy and gas facilities will be targeted. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei had previously mentioned that Iran would not hesitate to strike Israel if necessary after leading the Friday prayers today.

Iran’s semi-official news agency SNN reported on the remarks by Deputy Commander Ali Fadavi regarding a potential Israeli retaliation. Fadavi warned that Iran would target Israel’s energy and gas installations if Israel initiates an attack. He stated, “If the occupying forces make such a mistake, we will target all energy sources, facilities, refineries, and gas fields.”

Following Israel’s attack that killed Hezbollah leader Nasrallah, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei issued a challenge to the enemies. Leading the Friday prayers in the heart of Tehran, Khamenei delivered a message to Israel. He mentioned that Iran would not hesitate to strike Israel again if necessary. Khamenei indicated, regarding Iran’s missile attack on Israel, that “The action of our armed forces was the mildest punishment we could deliver to the occupying Zionist regime. It was the mildest response we could give to this bloodthirsty rabid dog in the face of their outrageous crimes. We will continue to fulfill all our duties.”
