Industrialists’ entrepreneurship report: Key element in economic growth

According to the report of Ankara Chamber of Industry, Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem emerges as a key element in achieving economic growth and development goals. The Chamber prepared the “Turkey’s Entrepreneurship Potential Report”. According to the report, Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem stands out as a key element in achieving economic growth and development goals. The report highlights that Ankara holds strategic importance in the entrepreneurship ecosystem with 153 R&D and 37 design centers, and 13 technology development zones. In a three-year period in Ankara, 1,391 companies were established in 10 operational Technoparks. Start-ups, also defined as new ventures, are prominent in the capital city. The number of start-ups in Ankara has grown annually by 8% over the past decade, reaching 1,663. The President of Ankara Chamber of Industry Seyit Ardıç, evaluating the report, stated that “This report prepared by our Chamber will contribute to taking strategic steps to enhance Ankara’s national and international competitiveness.”
