Hizbullah launches 30 missiles on Israel’s north

According to the Israeli press, damage occurred in the country’s north due to approximately 30 missiles launched from Lebanon. Hizbullah targeted nine settlements in Israel’s north. In a written statement from the Israeli army, it was reported that in the evening hours, sirens blared in the Upper Galilee region, and around 30 missiles launched from Lebanon fell in open areas. According to a report based on the Israeli Police Force by Yediot Ahronot newspaper, some of the missiles fired towards Isba el-Celil in the northernmost point of the Upper Galilee region near the Israeli border caused damage. The extent and nature of the damage were not detailed in the report. Furthermore, in a written statement from Hizbullah, it was announced that nine settlements established on land seized from Palestinians in Israel’s north and the area in southern Lebanon where Israeli troops are concentrated were targeted. The statement noted that attacks were carried out against the illegal settlements of Kiryat Shmona, Nahariya, Rosh Pina, Deltun, Maalot Tarshiha, Kfar Vradim, Kabri, Meron, and Even Menachem in Israel. Additionally, the statement mentioned that for the third time, a spot where Israeli soldiers gather in the town of Vata al-Hiyam in southern Lebanon was targeted.
