The Ukrainian army declared that Russia has lost nearly 1 million soldiers since the start of the war on February 24, 2022. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced today that Russia has lost 900,800 soldiers since the beginning of the invasion on February 24, 2022. This number includes the 1,330 losses reported by Russian forces in recent days. According to Kyiv Independent, Russia has also lost 10,394 tanks, 21,589 armored vehicles, 41,259 vehicles and fuel tanks, 24,848 artillery systems, 1,324 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,111 air defense systems, 370 aircraft, 331 helicopters, 30,080 drones, 28 ships and boats, along with one submarine.
