It has been reported that five people died from heatstroke during an air show in India, attended by 1.5 million people.

In Chennai, India, thousands of people flocked to the air show held on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the Indian Air Force yesterday.

At Marina Beach, at least 1.5 million people watched the show. Due to inadequate organization, stampedes occurred at train stations.

With the temperature reaching 35 degrees Celsius, dozens of people were taken to hospitals, and at least 5 people lost their lives due to heatstroke.

According to local news reports, there was a lack of drinking water at the event venue, and due to the overcrowding, spectators had to walk long distances to reach the area.
