Israel has initiated new ground attacks on Gaza. Reports indicate that the Israeli army has carried out “pinpoint attacks” in the Netzarim Corridor region, dividing the north-south axis of Gaza in half. Following the Israeli army’s breach of the ceasefire with Hamas and recommencement of air strikes, it has been reported that a ground invasion has begun in the Netzarim Corridor, dividing Gaza along the north-south axis. Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adrae called for some Palestinians to evacuate certain areas through a social media post. The spokesperson announced that Israeli troops have conducted “pinpoint attacks” in the Netzarim Corridor region and advised Palestinians not to approach the area but to move away. Palestinians advancing along the north-south axis of Gaza have been instructed to travel along Rashid Street on the coast. Additionally, the Israeli army is expanding its occupation in the buffer zone around the Gaza Strip, continuing its ground invasion in the areas near Beit Lahia and Khan Yunis.
