An altercation broke out at an athletics competition held in Frisco, Texas. During the altercation, a student lost their life. The Frisco Police Department stated that a fight occurred between two students yesterday morning during the competition, which was attended by several schools in the area. It was reported that one of the students was severely injured as a result of being stabbed during the fight. Despite all the interventions by the police and medical teams at the scene, 17-year-old student Austin Metcalf passed away. The police announced that 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony, a student at Frisco Centennial High School, was arrested as the suspect of the attack and charged with first-degree murder. Authorities reported that the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
