Emlak Katılım has offered 149 billion lira in financial support to the Turkish economy in 2024. The bank’s net profit increased by 70% to reach 8.7 billion lira. Sharing its financial results for 2024, Emlak Katılım raised its total assets to 228 billion lira, collected funds to 167 billion lira, and provided 116 billion lira in loans by the end of 2024. Having supported the Turkish economy with 149 billion lira in financing, the bank achieved a 70% increase in net profit to reach 8.7 billion lira compared to 2023. The volume of lease certificates (sukuk) issued domestically by Emlak Katılım reached 31.4 billion lira, marking a 77% increase from the same period the previous year. The bank reported holding a 33% share in the sector in sukuk issuances it facilitated. Committed to staying by its customers’ side in 2024 with new products and financing packages adhering to participation finance principles, Emlak Katılım also participated as a solution partner in the Deposit Management System (DYS) project. In an effort to enhance productivity, reduce costs, deliver uninterrupted services, and save time, Emlak Katılım continued to increase its investments in digital banking in 2024.
