When calculating petrol and diesel prices in Turkey; the Refinery Sale Price excluding VAT is calculated by adding the SCT (Special Consumption Tax) and EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) share to the duty-free refinery price. When calculating the Duty-Free Refinery Price, by monitoring the daily CIF Mediterranean product prices published on the Mediterranean-Italian market and the daily Dollar exchange rate, a duty-free refinery ceiling sale price is obtained with a certain price change difference.
