Footage shared by citizens on social media has been viewed by thousands. In the video, sharks can be seen navigating through the murky floodwaters.

The rising floodwater levels have caused an influx of marine life towards inland areas. Cyclone Alfred and its Impacts On March 6, Cyclone Alfred hit certain states in Australia, leading to schools being closed and public transportation services being suspended. It was predicted that “Alfred” would be the first cyclone to pass through the Brisbane area, one of the country’s most populous cities since “Zoe” hit the Gold Coast region in 1974, causing floods.
