The Competition Board has decided to impose an administrative fine of 31.2 million Turkish Liras on Koroplast Temizlik ve Ambalaj Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ (Koroplast). According to the announcement on the Competition Authority’s website, the investigation to determine whether Koroplast violated the Law on Protection of Competition by determining the resale price of its buyers has been completed. The Board accepted the settlement text submitted by the company during this process and concluded the investigation with a settlement. Thus, Koroplast, which admitted the violation, was fined 31,209,737 Turkish Liras with a 25% discount.
