The attack by the Israeli army in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip, has resulted in the death of at least 35 Palestinians. Among the casualties of the attacks were women and children, with at least 35 Palestinians losing their lives and dozens being injured. Due to Israel’s targeting of healthcare teams and disabling hospitals, Palestinians had to move the dead and wounded to nearby homes. Meanwhile, Hamas stated that Israel’s brutal massacre in Beit Lahia was one of the most despicable forms of genocide and forced displacement witnessed in the modern era. It was emphasized that the international community and institutions are responsible for the hundreds of thousands exposed to this genocide as they remain silent in the face of the cruel actions of the US-backed occupation army forcing the people of northern Gaza to leave their homes.
