The target is set for the number of individual pension system participants to reach 17.6 million by 2025. An allocation of 75 billion 994 million lira has been made for the upcoming year. According to the 2025 Central Government Budget Bill Proposal, the initial allocation for the development of the financial system and the insurance program is 33.2 billion lira for this year, while 75 billion 994 million lira has been allocated for the next year. The budget proposal envisions this allocation to be 93 billion 565 million 663 thousand lira by 2026 and 115 billion 847 million 451 thousand lira by 2027. As per the budget proposal, the aim is for the number of BES participants to reach 16.5 million by the end of this year and 17.6 million by 2025. It is projected to increase to 18.2 million in 2026 and 18.8 million in 2027. The per capita premium production is expected to be 11,750 lira by the end of 2024, 14,306 lira next year, 17,143 lira in 2026, and 19,804 lira in 2027. The BES fund amount is predicted to be 1 trillion 271 billion 443 million lira by the end of the year and 1 trillion 449 billion 445 million lira by 2025. The target for this amount is set at 1 trillion 579 billion 895 million lira in 2026 and 1 trillion 658 billion 889 million lira in 2027.
