President Erdogan stated, “On the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of April, our public employees will be considered on administrative leave. Thus, our people will have the opportunity to enjoy a total of 9 days off during the holiday.” Following this development, the working hours of banks have become a matter of curiosity. So, when do banks open after the holiday? Are banks open during the holiday? With the announcement of the 2025 Ramadan holiday schedule, attention has turned to the working hours of banks. Citizens who want to complete various transactions before the holiday are looking for answers to the question of whether banks are open or not. The banks operating in our country will pause their services during the holiday period. Since the first day of the holiday is on March 30th, Sunday, banks will not be providing services. On the 2nd and 3rd day of Ramadan, which is on March 31st-April 1st, 2025, banks will be closed. Afterwards, due to administrative leave, banks will not be providing services throughout the week. Banks will return to their normal operation starting from April 7th, Monday.
