The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has imposed a temporary ban on 3 individuals for a period of 6 months. According to the CMB bulletin, due to reasonable suspicion that the act stated in Article 107/1 of Law No. 6362 on the Capital Markets has been committed in transactions in the stock market of Ensari Deri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (ENSRI), the Board has imposed a ban on 3 individuals. In order to protect the rights and benefits of investors and prevent transactions aimed at creating an artificial market, the Board has decided to implement a temporary ban on transactions in the stock exchanges for these individuals as of April 16th for a period of 6 months.
