The Privatization Administration has approved the sale of certain properties in Ankara. The Privatization Administration Presidency (OIB) has approved the sale of three properties in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara. The OIB’s notifications on the subject were published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the property located in Susuz Neighborhood of Yenimahalle district in Ankara, registered in the name of the Ministry of Finance, was deemed suitable for sale to Mehmet Ali Uruç, who offered the highest bid of 24 million liras in the auction. The sale of another property in the same neighborhood was approved to Kayaburun Turizm, Nakliyat, Taşımacılık, İnşaat, Temizlik, Gıda, Emlak, Otomotiv, İthalat, İhracat, Sanayi, Ticaret Ltd. Şti, who offered the highest bid of 19 million 300 thousand liras in the auction. The company was also approved to purchase another property in the same neighborhood for 10 million 750 thousand liras.
