TPAO has applied for the expansion of the petroleum exploration license area in Siirt and Şırnak. The Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) has submitted an application for the expansion of the exploration license area in Siirt and Şırnak. The Decisions Regarding Petroleum Rights of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs were published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, TPAO applied for the addition of the M48-c3 page, covering an area of 15,346 hectares, to its AR/TPO/K/M48-c1 page petroleum exploration license area in Siirt and Şırnak.
