The application deadline for Emlak Konut’s Profitable Investment Campaign has been extended from March 23rd to April 27th. The Profitable Investment Campaign by Emlak Konut, which started on February 19th, has attracted great interest. Within a month, more than 2,000 out of 4,500 units were pre-sold in 25 projects in Istanbul, Izmir, Antalya, and Balikesir included in the campaign. Over 250,000 people who wanted information about the campaign filled out a form on the website, while customer service received over 96,000 calls and the number of visits to sales offices exceeded 22,000. Due to the high demand from citizens, the final application deadline for the campaign, which was March 23rd, has been extended until April 27th, 2025.
