The regulations included in the draft to increase the revenue of the Defense Industry Fund are as follows: The amount of stamp duty taken from tax declarations, declarations submitted to customs authorities, and declarations submitted to social security institutions, annually as the half of the stamp duty amount in income tax declarations, 750 lira separately from the buyer and seller in real estate transactions, 375 lira for transactions at the land registry office, 3,000 lira for zero vehicle registrations at notaries, 1,500 lira for second vehicle transactions, and 75 lira for other transactions, A yearly fee of 750 lira from credit cards with limits of 100,000 lira and above, An arrangement is being made regarding the collection of a participation fee for the Defense Industry Support Fund.
