Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek made important statements on NTV regarding the additional funding package for the defense industry. Minister Şimşek assured that “Not a single penny will go to the budget, all will go to the defense industry support fund.” He also mentioned, “We are not turning a deaf ear to criticism,” stating that the evaluations of the Parliament will also be taken into account.
