A woman in her 20s traveling from Portugal to England on a passenger ship fell into the English Channel and lost her life. Around 01:00 at night, attempts were made to reach the woman who fell into the sea with air ambulances. After searches with spotlights illuminating the sea, the unfortunate woman was found, but despite all the interventions by the medical teams, she lost her life stated that the woman was still in her 20s. British authorities announced that the investigation was handled by French law enforcement. The passenger ship, which has over 1,500 crew members and a capacity of carrying 6,300 passengers, docked at the shores of Southampton. Detectives conducted a detailed interrogation of the crew and passengers on board, and it was announced that clear information about the moment of the woman’s fall had not yet been reached.
