As the anticipated meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden looms, Lebanon finds itself under fire. In an attack targeted at a health center in Tire in southern Lebanon, two healthcare workers lost their lives during the Israeli strike. In response, Hezbollah struck the town of Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel, resulting in two casualties. Israel continues its bombardment of Lebanon and Gaza as Hezbollah turns its attention towards the northern region of Israel. Confirmed by Israeli officials, rockets fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon hit the town of Kiryat Shmona, causing the death of two individuals. The Israeli army reported the launch of approximately 20 missiles from Lebanon in the border area. Following the successful repulsion of two infiltration attempts near other border villages, Hezbollah announced engaging in conflict with Israeli forces in a border area in southern Lebanon today. The statement indicated ongoing clashes as Israeli troops attempted to advance from different directions in the Mays al-Jabal region, resulting in rocket and artillery fire exchanges. Meanwhile, Israel claimed interception of two rockets heading towards Caesarea by its air defense systems and stated the destruction of over 100 Hezbollah targets within the last 24 hours. Hezbollah reported launching several rockets towards Israeli forces near the village of Labbouneh close to the Mediterranean coast in the western segment of the border area, successfully driving them back. In the east, Hezbollah disclosed an assault on Israeli soldiers in Marun el-Ras village and missile attacks towards the Israeli forces advancing towards the Mays al-Jabal and Mouhaybib border villages. The Israeli military announced that approximately 40 rockets were fired by Hezbollah fighters from the border towards Israeli territories, some of which were intercepted. Upon hearing sirens, Israelis rushed to shelters while Israel carried out airstrikes in Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health confirmed four fatalities and 10 injuries in an attack on the town of Wardaniyeh along the northern coast of Sidon. Furthermore, the state news agency reported the deaths of two healthcare workers and injuries to others in the Israeli airstrike targeting a health center in Vadi Jilo village in Tire in southern Lebanon.
