Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, stated that there will be no price increase for electricity and gas for three months. He mentioned that support for low-income households will continue, and there will be no price hikes in general tariffs until the new year. The new support model will begin in 2025, with less support for high electricity consumption.

FOREIGN INTEREST IN BLACK SEA GAS

Minister Bayraktar announced that daily production of Black Sea gas has reached 6 million cubic meters, with interest from 3 companies for partnership in Black Sea gas.

DAILY OIL PRODUCTION REACHES 110 THOUSAND BARRELS

Minister Alparslan Bayraktar emphasized the efforts to reduce Turkey’s dependence on oil and gas. He stated that daily oil production by public and private companies has reached approximately 110 thousand barrels.
