Former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has raised a new claim about the death of Queen Elizabeth II in his upcoming memoir. Johnson stated that the Queen had been diagnosed with bone cancer before her death. He discussed how her health deteriorated significantly and the challenges she faced in her final days. Johnson, in his book, which is set to be released soon, made the claim that Queen Elizabeth II was diagnosed with bone cancer before her passing in 2022. He recounted her last days in the town of Balmoral, Scotland, stating, “I had known for a year or more that she had some form of bone cancer, and the doctors were concerned that the Queen’s condition could deteriorate sharply at any moment.” Former Prime Minister Johnson, who went to Balmoral Castle to submit his resignation, recounted being informed by the Queen’s private secretary Edward Young that her health had significantly worsened over the summer. In his book, Johnson described sitting with Elizabeth in the reception room, saying, “She looked pale and more stooped. There were likely dark bruises on her hands and wrists from injections. But her memory was not entirely affected by the illness. Throughout our conversation, her great smile and transformative beauty still shone through.” Describing the weekly meetings between Prime Ministers and monarchs as a “privilege,” Johnson remarked, “She exuded such a sense of duty, patience, and leadership ethics that you felt you could die for her if needed.” The former Prime Minister stated, “This may seem absurd to some people, but this loyalty, though primitive, still lies at the heart of our system. You need someone kind, wise, and above politics to represent the best aspects of our country. She did an excellent job of it.” While the cause of Queen Elizabeth’s death is listed as “old age” in records, Royal officials did not respond to former Prime Minister Johnson’s claims. In a statement released by Buckingham Palace in February, it was indicated that 75-year-old Prince Charles had been diagnosed with a form of cancer and had started treatment. On March 22, Princess Kate Middleton announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy.
