Changes made in the Regulation on the Protection of the Value of Turkish Currency now allow banks to mediate in the buying and selling of paladium, like they do with gold, silver, and platinum.
The modification to the Regulation on the Value Protection of Turkish Currency related to the decision no. 32 of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance was published in the Official Gazette. With its publication, paladium has been added alongside gold, silver, and platinum as precious metals banks can now transact with.
Various articles of the regulation have been updated to include “silver, platinum, and paladium” instead of just “silver and platinum”.
