In response to a question about the increase, he stated, “We will look into it and evaluate.” It had been claimed that electricity bills would see a 25% increase starting from April 1st, in line with the requests of distribution companies. Companies had been complaining about not receiving a price increase since July and rising costs. It was pointed out that the price hike would directly impact industrial businesses and residential users.
