The Colombian army carried out an operation against organization members. During the operations, 13 individuals who were former members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and National Liberation Army (ELN) were neutralized.
According to reports in the national media, operations were conducted by the Colombian army in the rural areas of North Santander, Nariño, Valle del Cauca, and Chocó targeting former FARC and ELN members.
A total of 13 armed group members were neutralized in the operations. During the operations conducted from air and ground, a significant amount of weapons, explosives, and communication equipment were seized. Authorities have stated that military operations in the region will continue.
