The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced the capture of the settlement of Sribnoye in the Donetsk region. In a statement from the Ministry of Defense of Russia, updated information on the activities of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine was shared. The statement indicated that the Russian army was advancing on the front line in Ukraine, with the declaration that “the settlement of Sribnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic was liberated as a result of the determined actions of the Central Military Group troops.” The statement reported that in the past 24 hours, attacks were carried out on Ukraine’s military airport infrastructure, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) production, storage and training centers, Ukrainian troops, military equipment, and points where foreign mercenary fighters are stationed in 138 regions. It was noted that 224 Ukrainian UAVs were shot down by air defense systems.
